We offer a wide range of evidence-based physiotherapy services; 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday (including early mornings and evenings).
Our appointments are carried out by experienced physiotherapists registered with the HCPC and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
GQ Home Physio was founded with the purpose of delivering top-quality patient care in the comfort of your own home. We aim to provide physiotherapy at the right time in the right place. Physiotherapy sessions in your own home offer you immediate access to an essential service which will help you to recover faster.
Whether you are working from home, a parent at home with your child/children, retired or returning home after a busy day at work elsewhere; we offer you a convenient treatment option; no babysitter needed or no additional time lost to travel to a clinic.
I have enjoyed over 15 years in the field of physiotherapy.
I commenced my physiotherapy training at the University of Limerick in 2002 and graduated with an honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2006. I began my career working in private practice alongside a hospital rotational position at Kerry General Hospital. I then moved to Otago in New Zealand to work in a specialist rehabilitation unit. Following this I moved to Brisbane in Australia where I worked as a physiotherapist and physiotherapy manager at a private practice for 2 years and in specialist neurological rehabilitation for 2 years. During this time I also completed qualifications in Clinical Pilates, trigger point dry needling and pain management as well as neurological speciality courses in Bobath techniques, running rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation. Since moving to London in 2013 I have worked for the NHS in the community, specialising in early rehabilitation at home following hospital discharge.
This home visiting physiotherapy service continues to be the focus of my private practice; GQ Home Physio.
