We offer a wide range of evidence-based physiotherapy services; 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday (including early mornings and evenings).
Our appointments are carried out by experienced physiotherapists registered with the HCPC and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in the UK & CORU in Ireland.
GQ Physio was founded to deliver top-quality patient care in the comfort of your own home or in the clinic. We aim to provide physiotherapy at the right time in the right place for you.
I have enjoyed over 15 years in the field of physiotherapy.
I commenced my physiotherapy training at the University of Limerick in 2002 and graduated with an honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2006. I began my career working in private practice alongside a hospital rotational position at Kerry General Hospital. I then moved to Otago in New Zealand to work in a specialist rehabilitation unit. Following this I moved to Brisbane in Australia where I worked as a physiotherapist and physiotherapy manager at a private practice for 2 years and in specialist neurological rehabilitation for 2 years. During this time I also completed qualifications in Clinical Pilates, trigger point dry needling and pain management as well as neurological speciality courses in Bobath techniques, running rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation.
I moved into private practise whilst living in London in 2019 after six years in the NHS working in the community, specialising in early rehabilitation at home following hospital discharge. In 2020 I recruited a physiotherapist to enable us to deliver quality physiotherapy to more people in London. She continues to deliver this service and I continue from Dublin where I recenty moved to.
