beach PILATES
Take part in a physiotherapist led small group Pilates class outdoors on Loughsinny Beach, Skerries.
I demonstrate all the exercises and provide instant feedback to make sure you are doing the exercises properly, all you need to bring is a mat and water. As restrictions allow there is a nearby indoor venue when weather is poor.
Beach Classes will return in Spring 2022.
