Take part in a physiotherapist led small group Pilates class from the comfort of your own home!
In this current climate of social distancing with COVID19 it is even more important than ever to keep exercising or taking some time out for yourself. It will benefit your physical and mental health.
All you need is a mobile or computer to join. It is a video class so I can demonstrate the exercises and provide instant feedback to make sure you are doing the exercises properly.
Current class times:
Monday and Wednesday Night Pilates 6.30pm and 7.30pm
Wednesday Lunch Pilates 12:30pm
Mum and baby Pilates: Thursdays 10.30am and 11.30am
